Almost! We print your shipping label as soon as your box is packed and ready for takeoff, so tracking may say “label created” for a few days until the carrier picks it up and gives it its first scan. Carriers are juggling a mountain of packages over the holidays, so that first scan can take a little longer than usual. If your tracking still hasn’t moved in a few days, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to individually customize the boxes. The ingredients of each snack are listed on the booklet included in your box.

Please be aware that some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.

We wish we could! Your Yum Express stocking stuffer travels right alongside your first box, so they ship together to the same address. If you’re purchasing a gift for someone else, just send the whole order to them, and they’ll get both treats at once.
